What we've been doing!!!

We went to Price for our niece, Ashlyn's baptism! While there we got to go to a museum and saw them feed the alligator, turtle, and lizards. Colton thought it was the coolest thing ever, he could have stayed and watched all day if we would have let him. We had tons of fun with the family; going to basketball games, playing games at the house, and just visiting. And, of course, the food was delicious!!
If you look closely at the picture you can see that the mouse (prey) is on the alligators (predator) back

Happy, Happy Halloween

We started our Halloween Festivities with a party at our Friend's house. This is the first night that Colton and I have left Bowman with a "teenage" babysitter (not family or close friends), he had tons of fun with her and she did great! We had some delicious food, and played fun games. Colton went dressed as a Hillbilly (he looked really good, all he needed was the teeth) and I was a devil.
Then we had a Halloween party at the church. We had lots of fun with a cup cake walk, pinatas, camel apple bar, spook alley and just visiting! Bowman loved the little black cat pinata-- he helped me stuff it so I think he new what was inside, unfortunately for him he was too small to be any competition against the big kids-- so he didn't get much candy. Bowman was a bee this year, so I dressed up as his flower garden and Colton was honey!

Then we went down to Richfield for our nephew's baptism. It was great to be there with him for his special occasion. We had fun doing Halloween stuff all weekend. Trick-or-treating was a lot of fun, this was Bowman's 1st year going. He didn't quit understand why the candy had to go in the bag and not directly into his mouth so his bag was half wrappers. We went with 12 of Bowman's cousins so we might have been a little overwhelming when people opened their doors and heard about 10 trick or treats!

ewww... scarrrry....

We took a long weekend to go down to Afton so Colton could go hunting with his dad. While the men were hunting BowBow and I went to Idaho Falls (where we got to see Heartbreaker!!) with Grandma, played outside in the warm weather, shopped the big city of Afton and rested!
If there is one thing Bow loves, it's a BIG RED WAGON!! He loves to ride in one, pull one, push one-- anything he can do he loves to do it with a BIG RED WAGON!!

First Snow of the year!! Came WAY TOO EARLY -- the beginning of October. Luckily we haven't had much since. Colton and Bowman enjoyed playing in it although Bow wasn't quite sure about it or his snow boots....

BowBow and his KEMMERER Girlfriend (hehe)

video
So apparently, according to Colton, Bowman is too good for these Kemmerer girls. Colton told some of our friends, who has the cutest little girl, that Bow is not allowed to date her because she is from Kemmerer... well it doesn't matter what Colton says, right?!?!?!!? I just had to share this cute little video of Bella teasing and flirting with Bow. Of course Bow is acting like a man.... glued to the television!

Colton went hunting this past weekend so Bow and I went down to Brice and Leilani's with dad, mom, and Cody! Thursday night we stayed up till like 12:30 playing games, then Friday we went to the park and had a BBQ. Saturday morning we went to a FALL for ALL; it had a pumpkin patch, haunted house for kids, corn maze, petting zoo, and blow up play things, and all for 3 bucks each (3 and younger free)! It was awesome and we had tons of fun playing! Unfortunately Troy had to work and Colton hadn't made it to American Fork yet so they missed out on the festivities. We had to head back home saturday night because there was a big snow storm coming and we didn't want to get caught in it but I was not happy to have my time with my mommy and daddy cut short. But I guess we were glad come Sunday when it snowed all day and the ground was completely covered by that afternoon...

The leader of the pack, at least through the corn maze
Me, BowBow and Uncle Cody (Bowman was so funny, he loved sticking his head through the little hole)
The clan at the pumpkin patch-- we sure did miss Colton and Troy

Granny and Poppy with their Biggest Fans
Bowman was mesmerized by the Turkeys

We met my dad's brother Tracy and his family there. My aunt Melanie, her little boy Wesley, mom, me and Bow

We Love when Granny and Poppy come to visit!!!

My Dad, Mom and youngest brother Cody came to visit for a week. It was so great to see their Kentucky license plates pull up in the drive way!! I LOVE it when they come to visit! We spent the week visiting, eating delicious food (I had a whole menu created but of course my mom came and did most of the cooking, which I am not complaining about but just kinda felt bad that she came all this way and then did most of the cooking...) watching television and seeing the sites around Kemmerer! Yes, their are actually some cool places to see around here...

Bowman loves to swing! above: swinging with Poppy; Below: with Uncle Troy

Best Buds!!
Bowman is CAUGHT...we don't drink a lot of pop in our house, so when Granny and Poppy come Bowman takes every chance he can get to get some... If anyone has a pop they must share with Bow and if you leave yours laying around he will get to it (he will climb on top of the table and get some)
arrow head hunting (we didn't find any but we had fun hiking around and looking)

Of course Colton and Cody had to climb to the top of the mountain
in a hole
in a cave

Colton trying to make it to the picture in time--- the rest of us laughing hysterically at him
